The Last Son of Gallifrey

I AM FINALLY FINISHED! I am shamed to admit I've been working on this one picture for days. XD I think this was one of my most ambitious projects yet, just because of that background. I usually don't do full backgrounds like that.

Yes, I know there are mistakes, but I would like to hear what I can do better. Yes, it is another very depressing picture. This was actually a venting speedpaint that went horribly wrong and horribly long.

I am rather proud of the winkles around his eyes. I don't do many folds of skin quite like that. I actually have drawn from that referrence, or a similar one, before, but I wanted a second chance at it.
